City of Silverton Municipal Court - Amnesty Program
Do you have any outstanding fines or fees with the City of Silverton Municipal Court? City of Silverton Municipal Court is offering a one-time only amnesty program to forgive 50% of balances when you pay in full between December 1, 2018 through February 28, 2019.
• Outstanding fines and fees are defined as those that are currently suspended and/or at collections with a violation date on or prior to November 30, 2017. Dockets that are in legal status at collections will not qualify for this program.
• Balance is defined as all outstanding fines and fees owed as of December 1, 2018.
• Payments must be in cash, money order, cashier’s check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. You can make payments online at http://www.silverton.or.us/courtpayment.
Driver license reinstatement papers will be mailed or provided at the time payment is received. *You may also be subject to a fee payable to the DMV to reinstate your driver’s license.
